Elliot Feldman DPT

Dr. Elliot Feldman is the Supervisor of the UW Medical Center Eastside Specialty Physical and Occupational Therapy Clinic. He is an advocate for change in the healthcare system towards more patient centered care.

Dr. Elliot Feldman is the Supervisor of the UW Medical Center Eastside Specialty Physical and Occupational Therapy Clinic.

He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Manual Therapy Certification at the University of St. Augustine in Florida in 2010.

His clinical and research expertise include chronic pain treatment utilizing modern pain neuroscience education and graded motor imagery, sports injury recovery and performance, bio-psycho-social treatment of spine conditions and direct access implementation.

What excites Elliot is the utilization of pain neuroscience education and graded exercise techniques for return to function with patients suffering from any injury. He has been working hard for years to integrate multi-team, collaborative medicine centered on the patient within a large medical system. He seeks to change the narrative of care in large health centers towards one that is more patient centered and directed towards improving the experience of the patient for long-term care.

Dr Elliot Feldman mythbusting some of the common beliefs held about back pain that stop people living the lives that they want to be living.
